Premier Tower, one of Melbourne Australia’s newest and iconic residential buildings.
Carell was used to track the shop drawings and installation of the entire fitout and joinery package. Including apartments and commercial spaces and common areas.
Ongoing data analysis clearly outlined and highlighted reworks and defects early in the process which lead to a smooth delivery and installation process. Quality was held to the highest level and made possible with the input of all admin and site personnel involved in the project.
